Bridging the Gap - Your Memories and Today's Students

The North Side High School Alumni Association exists to conduct activities exclusively for charitable and educational purposes related to the betterment and support of North Side High School.
The NSHS Alumni Association activities include, but are not limited to, the underwriting of activities that contribute to the general education and training of students, assistance for faculty training and in-service, the provision of equipment and/or services to the school in furtherance of its public educational purposes and the creation and administration of scholarships and grants-in-aid for students and or faculty.
North Side High School, originally built in 1928, has a new look. In fact, $50 million worth of new look. The school has a new library, gym and cafeteria, and large gathering areas designed to be reminiscent of town streets from an earlier time. However, don't be fooled by the retro look. High-speed fiber runs throughout the buildings. The school now has two computer labs, a multimedia teaching center complete with its own television studio and a classroom fully-equipped with computers. Students produce the daily announcements each morning, which are broadcast to every classroom and displayed over a projector.
